Education:

CLIENT MANAGER

Position Summary:
As a Client Manager, your key job responsibilities include building relationships with key client corporate contacts, developing a client energy plan and gaining client approval, coordination of the energy plan from the customer’s perspective, elevating savings opportunities, and tracking and reporting progress to the client. This person will be based in Waregem (Belgium).

Essential skills and qualifications:
- Experience directly interfacing with customers in a client relationship capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of the energy industry that includes experience of supply contracts for large industrial and/or commercial end-users, and a proven track record of identifying cost-saving or value generating opportunities for large end-users.
- Energy commodity sales, risk management, and/or Demand Side Management (DSM) experience a plus
- Minimum bachelor’s degree – Master’s degree preferred
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills (English, French, Dutch)
- Organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service skills, toward internal and external customers

This position would assist a group of client energy managers in producing client deliverables. Key job responsibilities include generating reports, populating online client tools with up-to-date information, gathering information regarding Summit client sites, creating Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations and communicating with clients at the plant and corporate level.

- Support client team in presentations and meetings.
- Provide client training on Summit’s client website, Resource Advisor Software Application
- Coordinate the receipt of external energy invoices
- Facilitate new client rollout with internal & external teams
