Healthcare Trust of America Engages Summit Energy for Energy Consulting Services
Summit Energy, a global energy management and sustainability services firm, announced that Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (HTA) has chosen Summit Energy as its national energy consultant. HTA is a self-managed, publicly registered, non-traded real estate investment trust.
Summit Energy will attain cost-effective energy for HTA by purchasing power on behalf of the company’s more than 200 properties nationwide. HTA will also implement Summit Energy’s online energy management software, dashboarDView, for instant access to company-wide energy procurement and consumption data.
